For the budget conscious, who are still wanting a quality-built garden room, this is the range for you! It's a simple, cost- friendly range, and for these reasons there are less customisation options than our Standard range. For example, this range comes in three set widths - Small (2.44m), Medium (3.66m) and XL (4.88 m). You can choose the depth that's right for your space in the same dimensions - 2.44m, 3.66m and 4.88m.

100mm SIPs (structurally insulated panels) for the walls and roof
Includes either aluminium bifold doors or aluminium french doors (dependent on size). Both come with a standard warranty and confirm to British security standards
Some of our budget range rooms include windows on the front as standard (dependent on size)
External PVC coated steel exterior cladding in a choice of black or anthracite. Zero maintenance, & modern aesthetic
Interior
Interior (walls and ceiling) are finished in MDF sheets with MDF trunking for cabling
Aqua lock laminate flooring is laid throughout with a choice of finishes
Interior decoration, painted walls and bespoke styling available for an additional cost

EPDM Rubber roof with a minimum 30 year life expectancy
